  I would give the manager at Exton yesterday 0 stars but there isn't any way to do that. My wife and I were at the Exton store yesterday in the morning at around 11:00. We had a couple of items to return and the manager (sure of her name but dark hair and rude as I said). She said she could not give us cash back even though the items were purchased with cash and we had the receipt. She said she didn't have enough money in the register but she could give us a merchandise credit. he return would have been about $60 at most, hard to believe that they can open a store with less than $100 in the drawer. If I wanted a credit I would have asked for that so I explained that we wanted the cash back not credit. She rudely said again that she couldn't give cash back because there wasn't enough money in the register and suggested we go to the King of Prussia store (not anywhere close by). What lousy service to have no money in the register or more likely, just didn't want to do the paperwork for a return. We ended up at the Paoli store less than 30 minutes later and magically they gave us the cash back immediately. The manager at Exton should go back to some other job that doesn't require her to work with people as being rude and unhelpful are not qualities for a retail store. We will not be back to the Exton store which I am sure doesn't concern the management there.
